SUMMER ACTIVITY SCHOOL 2011

Join the English Club of Oulu for two weeks of fun and activities - all in English - indoors and out.

Dates: 06.06-17.06, Mon-Fri 9-15

Age group: 10-17

Place: Oulu International School, Kasarmintie 4, Oulu

Skills: At least 2 years English in school, or equivalent.

Teachers: Hayley Poutiainen (South Africa) and James Hansen (UK).

Try it! Two hours of activities on Saturday 16.04, 12-14, to give you a taste of what the ECO's Summer Activity School is like. The price of the "Try it!" event is 10¤ (deductible from the Summer Activity School price if you sign up for the two-week school).

Price: 180¤ (Early bird price 165¤ by registering and paying by 30.04)

SPRING MEETING

The board of the English Club of Oulu invites you to our spring meeting on Wednesday March 23rd at 6 pm at the Swedish School cellar, Sepänkatu 7.

After the meeting we welcome our guest-speaker Ms. Hayley Poutiainen.
She will give us a presentation on South Africa, her home country. She and her friends will also be cooking us some South African food. The price of the evening is 5¤, and wine and beer will also be available at reasonable prices. So we have a nice, interesting evening to look forward to!
